DRINK WATER and HAVE SNACKS because it’s important to keep your strength up. This is not the month to lose weight. Eat whatever will get your word count accomplished. But only allow yourself to have it AFTER you have met a goal within that hour. If you have a favorite snack, or show you just can’t miss, make a deal with yourself you won’t eat or watch it until you’ve met your hourly goal.
